Payment

Sunrise Reptile accepts Paypal, Money Order, and Personal Checks, with Paypal being our preferred method of payment. Personal Checks must clear prior to our accepting them as payment. Payment, in full, must be received in one of the afore mentioned forms prior to your purchase being shipped.

Shipping

Sunrise Reptile ships exclusively via UPS Next Day Air. We will ship anywhere within the continental United States for a flat $45.00 fee. Sorry, but at the current time we do not accept international orders. Our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday, with no exceptions. We will ship when daytime temperatures are no higher than 90 degrees F, and when overnight temperatures are no less than 40 degrees F. We will add heat/cool packs to your shipment at our discretion. Live arrival is guaranteed, assuming the box is signed for on the first delivery attempt. In the rare event of a DOA, the customer must contact us, with picture, within the first 24 hours of delivery.

Guarantee

Sunrise Reptile can guarantee that all animals are healthy and feeding well at the time they're shipped. We can also guarantee that the picture you see on our site is the animal you will receive. All those pictures are accurate, and we find most times that the animals look even better in person. And lastly, we guarantee that the presented genetics information of each and every animal is complete and accurate. You'll never get a genetics "surprise" from us.

Do note that we cannot and will not guarantee such things as temperament, changes in coloration and pattern, or future breeding success of any animals we sell. These things are simply outside our control.

Conditions

Sunrise Reptile expects anyone purchasing an animal to be 18 years of age or older. If not, then a parent or guardian must make the purchase for you. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes made by the shipping company. We reserve the right to deny a sale at our discretion, and without reason.
